At ESI the project management starts from the moment a potential customer contacts us. Each project is assigned to a project manager who is responsible to the customer for all aspects of a job from job definition to shipment, for quality, management and status reporting, and to ESI management for customer satisfaction.
ESI prides itself in successfully bringing the customers products to market by managing the product introduction projects for them. The project engineer is the first line of contact for the customer. He is responsible for the following functions:
